List4Income is an affiliate marketing tool used to help it's members build a list and income on the Internet. List4Income does not make any promises, written or implied, as to the amount of money that can be made from the use of this service. It is your responsibility to make sure your payment email address is correct. Payments made to the wrong account because of an incorrectly entered ID is your responsibility.

By joining and adding your ID, you agree that you understand fully that the system uses cookies to recognize and pay the proper affiliate member, and that all BONUS payments are completely random.  If you select to choose a lower rotation weight, your ID may not be displayed as often as another member who has a greater number of rotations. You also agree that you understand not all visitors to the main page that is advertised by us will decide to join the system. We do not and will not guarantee 100% that all members will receive random payments, although all member ID's are rotated and are displayed at random.

All policies, rules and regulations are the final decision of List4Income. We reserve the right to modify, add to, or change any policies as we deem necessary, at any time. All members agree that they will not hold List4Income liable for any items or policies within this program.

Once you pay for your membership, if you would like a refund, simply submit a support ticket stating that you would like a refund with your payment information. Your refund will be sent and your account will be deleted. You will lose any future income and will not be eligible for payment. By joining and paying for any paid portion of List4Income, you agree to all the terms and conditions on this page.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use List4Income. You may create only 1 account.

YOU AGREE TO RECEIVE EMAILS FROM LIST4INCOME.COM ADMINISTRATION & FROM YOUR UPLINE (Maximum of 4 Members, Every 3 Days). You must receive emails from your upline, because you want to be able to email your downline through 4 levels as well. Please add "admin at list4income dot com" to your address book and mark all emails from "admin at list4income dot com" as NOT SPAM. This is to ensure all members get verification emails as well as website updates, income info etc. Again, emails are from your upline or admin for undates, info, etc. We do not sell solo ads (if this changes, you'll be notified and it will be a limited # per day).

No Autoresponders or Bounced Emails are allowed! If your email address bounces or sends back a message with an autoresponder, you risk having your account deleted. All referrals (your entire downline) and future income payments will be lost, if your account is deleted. You should be using a working email address, since this is where your income payments are sent to your AlertPay account.

This site uses cookies placed on the visitors computer. The cookie remains active for 30 days and ensures that the affiliate member who referred the person is paid the initial membership fee. This site also uses a database and PHP script which randomly selects an active affiliate to receive the second payment. This second payment is a BONUS paid to our members based on their membership level and the number of rotations they have accumulated in the system. As stated above, after you have paid the final membership fee you are redirected to the admin page to complete your setup by selecting the amount of rotations to add to your database entry. Those members with a higher weighted rotation will have their ID's displayed more often (as the second, random payment). All members may increase their rotation weight at anytime by visiting the upgrade page, and by earning additional rotations from referring members that join.

Please make sure you fully understand our rules about unsolicited advertising (SPAM)! All members who join the system will be issued an affiliate URL to send to their own prospects to join the system via their own payment ID. The URL is issued with your sponsor ID included in the address. For added security we also offer you an encryted URL to use. You may use this URL to link to from your website, for sending in email messages, and sending direct traffic to the site. We recommend you use all promotional opportunities that include Traffic Exchanges, Safelists, and Ad Exchanges. DO NOT promote your List4Income affiliate URL via purchased leads or bulk email addresses! We operate a strict ANTI SPAM policy and WILL DELETE any affiliate member instantly who uses their link in any form of unsolicited advertising. We have a zero tolerance for spam. Anyone caught spamming will be deleted from the program and is subject to civil and criminal prosecution including fines. If you are to include List4Income's name or URL in any email promotion, please only email to your own "double-optin" subscribers or on safelists, traffic exchanges, ad exchanges, list builders, classified ads, ppc marketing and other legitimate forms of advertising.

The following are grounds for termination of your account:

• To send unsolicited emails to anyone that is not on your own personal double-optin list.
  • If this does not make sense to you, then do not include promotions for List4Income in emails.
• To falsify user information provided to List4Income or to other users of the service in connection with List4Income, or any of it's other sites.
• To use the List4Income name and URL via bought commercial bulk email lists is prohibited.

Do NOT promote your affiliate page using blasters or to purchased leads - Or on any program promising to blast your ad to millions of users.

List4Income considers the above practices to constitute abuse of our service and of the recipients of such unsolicited mailings and/or postings who often bear the expense. Therefore, these practices are prohibited by List4Income terms and conditions of service. Engaging in one or more of these practices will result in termination of the offender's account.

Nothing contained in this policy shall be construed to limit List4Income actions or remedies in any way with respect to any of the foregoing activities.

List4Income reserves the right to take any and all additional actions it may deem appropriate with respect to such activities, including without limitation taking action to recover the costs and expenses of identifying offenders and removing them from the program.

In addition, List4Income reserves at all times all rights and remedies available to it with respect to such activities at law or in equity.

We use IP tracking devices. Any user that is found to blatantly violate this agreement will be banned from the program indefinitely and may be subject to civil and criminal prosecution.
